This page describes how an enquiry sent through the contact form is handled. It is a plain-language account of this website, not legal advice.

When you send an enquiry, you provide your name, email address, an optional artwork reference, and a message. Those details are used to reply to you.

This website does not keep a database of contact-form submissions. The message is delivered as email to Vivienne Fiori’s Outlook mailbox. That mailbox is retained according to the email provider’s own policies.

Cloudflare processes the submission technically. Turnstile checks that the form was completed by a person and handles the technical data that check requires. Cloudflare’s privacy policy describes that processing. This page does not claim that no service processes the enquiry.

An enquiry is not a subscription. Sending the form does not add you to a mailing list. This website does not run a newsletter. If a newsletter is offered later, it will use a separate form and ask for agreement first.

The Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles can apply to commercial messages and personal information. This page does not restate those laws. To ask for an enquiry email to be deleted from the studio mailbox, reply to the studio and say so.
